In my free time, I enjoy reading non-fiction, arguing on the internet, and slaying the undead. I am looking for someone who enjoys cooperative gaming, watching bizarre movies that look like they could be about anything, and hiking in the wilderness. Seriously, though I am a huge nerd, I also bushwhack my way up mountains by dead reckoning. I stopped attending college three years ago when I started finding the answers to the Big Questions on my own, and they were all much more boring than I thought they'd be. After reaching my peak as an unlettered member of the workforce (and subsequently falling off of it), I have decided to finish my philosophy degree and become a librarian, because librarianeering is probably the best possible profession for a generalist like myself. Also, "librarianeering" is a way cooler word than "librarianship," and I probably stand a better chance of getting the word changed once I am a practicing librarian. I'd like to find someone in the Bloomington/Normal area who enjoys small parties, can name dishes from at least six different countries, and is able to list the key differences between an Erlenmeyer flask and a burette without using Google Image Search. If you also like jogging, drunken sing-alongs, and The Protomen, then I may reflexively ask you to marry me - it's entirely involuntary, like when the doctor taps your knee with a plexor.
